      Pros

      Huge plant, you must travel by car or a bus, all given by company. Renewed offices. Helpful employees, they are always happy to explain you stuff that you don't understand. A lot of forums and presentations.

      Cons

      Everyone speaks Turkish even if you applied in English. Not much diversity amongst the employees, most of them are Turkish.

      Decent pay, good work and life balance, great benefits, provides housing for those who want to live closer to company site

      Cons

      Facilities are smelly (due to petrochemicals), company goals and strategies are changeable, shifting management, not so supportive R&D projects
