Pros
Nice salary, nice job environment, interesting area of labor. Comfortable hours of work time. I never got bored working at there, and I learned a lot. If yo like climbing, you will enjoy.
Cons
Difficult to "climb" (make career). Not much cons at all, but this. Now I have known this job, I would like to go to a bigger company in which a can get higher position.
