We strive to hire great people who are passionate about the company, technology and are fun to work with. Yes, Pexip allows employees to work in a hybrid environment that best suits their working needs which has created less traffic in the office. We are working on a plan to encourage employees to come back in more often in the new year. 3yWe appreciate you taking the time to share feedback. Glad to hear that you enjoyed Pexip's benefits package and the work life balance that is offered. We strive to make sure that our benefit offerings are competitive and valuable to our employees. You are right, we did grow our teams in 2021 and 2022 and during that growth period, followed growing pains that Pexip had to navigate and manage. We hear the feedback and communication is one of our strategic goals for 2023. Appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback.
