      Perks, supportive colleagues and remote stuff.

      Cons

      The work environment has become extremely toxic since one specific person joined in the spring of 2022. This person has instigated a real climate of fear and many talented people left the company since then, under disgraceful conditions. The two founders are completely out of touch with reality. One is responsible for this whole mess, the other is in denial about it.

      Chance to work with very experienced professionals in their field Amazing benefits No micromanagement whatsoever Fully trusted to do your job Great Salary Great Projects Great access to tools to help you excel in your role Overall, PhantomBuster has been a great experience for me.

      Cons

      The 35h work week sometimes made it hard to schedule interviews with important stakeholders and candidates causing the hiring process to take up to 3 weeks per role.
