Toxic Environment - Team Member Pharma Targeting Employee Review

Unfortunately, there is a toxic micromanagement style at this company. The toxic environment of management making rude, distasteful comments about ANYONE that leaves the company really does leave a bad taste in the mouth. I have honestly not seen anything like it in how they are organized. The way the "company" operates is a shambles, with people leaving and joining constantly resulting in no backbone or support system there with a complete lack of leadership. You will find that the maximum employment term at this company is about 2 years - that should be your first worry. There is no opportunity to grow/challenge processes/ideas. It will be their way or the highway.
