- In the last three years management has been out of standards. Specially in the Canadian division. - There is no clear mision and vision. - Some mid management are immature and literally kids. Even with some sort of Napoleon complex. - Great place for consultants. There is one literally for anything. - Never seen in my international experience such a poor management performance. Surprised to find this in Canada (in theory an advanced economy)
