      Salary and benefits provided by company.

      Cons

      Very poor management. They don't know what are they are looking for in the employee. Cold people and dirty politics in the department. If they don't like you you are forced to leave by harassing you silently.

      Pros

      Amazing learning experience!! Was really able to learn and grow throughout the organization. A company that has a great work culture and cares about its employees.

      Cons

      Not the best at managing new infrastructure, but most company aren't.
