      Everything thing, there is a reason that pharmgate has been trying to hire someone for one of 3 positions for almost a year now

      Pros

      I enjoy coming to work every day. Pharmgate gives their employees a lot of flexibility both within a given work week and when planning PTO. There is open communication with management and a general sense of belonging.

      Cons

      The work can get redundant but that is the nature of the industry/position.
