Pros
Always had good team members. Apart from this, there is nothing positive to say.
Cons
- managers are not professional - your pay rise is as good as 10p. - they don't motivate you - they don't give you time off when you're entitled to it - you have to exaggerate on how ill you are otherwise you're treated like a liar - double standards are so apparent with managers - some managers can be very patronising - they appreciate you more when you're leaving - they can be really unprofessional when communicating with you
