Pros

Change happens rapidly , but I underestimated how much AI transformation would reshape infrastructure expectations too. During restructuring, leadership discussed moving toward highly optimized AI-supported cloud operations. Hearing my role was impacted was difficult after years of contribution and ownership. Reflecting afterward, I realised I should have pushed myself harder toward emerging cloud-AI integrations instead of staying focused on routine operations. I’m thankful the company handled the transition professionally. The severance support gave some breathing room financially, health insurance continued temporarily for my family, I thank the management and my leaders who supported me all through and it was nice to hear from them that they will support me now also in finding a job and giving good reference . Advice to my friends , take it positive , we have to move on in life.. To others in cloud or infrastructure roles, staying current isn’t optional anymore. The industry evolves too fast to rely only on past experience. Should Keep learning aggressively even during stable periods our career.

Cons

Feedback System has to be improved , Manager and employee relation has to improve

Pros

Phenom offers exceptional flexibility with unlimited PTO and minimal micromanagement. The benefits are top-tier, and the free food in the office is a great perk. Overall, it’s a very employee-friendly environment that values autonomy.

Cons

There is a significant lack of direction within the CV team, with constantly shifting priorities and inconsistent delivery cycles. Methods and tools change frequently, and data collection is manual and inconsistent, frustrating both clients and employees. Furthermore, there is a lack of knowledge sharing between teams, which exacerbates inefficiencies. Leadership also lacks a clear vision for the department’s future, and there is no intuitive framework to streamline processes or deliver value more efficiently, creating ongoing friction for the team.
