Pros

- Really great people & really supportive team and my bosses were great. Everyone is willing to help out and there are easy ways to ask for help. - Techy atmosphere and interesting apps + software - Awesome office location in Scottsdale - Good pay & accommodating - Always something to be doing, something to create - Love the Christmas gifts. The blanket from 2020 is my favorite blanket, no contest - Schedule flexibility - Working from home can be a pro.

Cons

- Only real con is the normal "growing pains" that a start-up will experience and that's okay. - My MacBook Air couldn't handle my workflow. I think a stronger computer for some teams would be really helpful. But I'm just being nit-picky. - Working from home can be a con.

Pros

Collaborative, focused, "get-it-done" culture. Day-to-day feels directly connected with the company mission. Everyone is working toward common goals, and teams are always willing to help each other out to make things happen.

Cons

Too many layers and approval processes for the size of the company, creating unnecessary overhead for planning, prioritization, and execution. Lack of transparency into roles and responsibilities for execs / teams makes it difficult to navigate the organization at times.

Pros

Talented Peers: The individual contributors here are some of the brightest in the industry. You will work with people who genuinely care about the product and each other.

Cons

Lack of Timezone Boundaries: While the company hires across the US, there is zero respect for local working hours. Meetings at unusual hours are a frequent occurrence. Asynchronous communication is non-existent or vague. Cycle of Perpetual Layoffs: The organization seems to be in a constant state of restructuring. Layoffs occur with such regularity that it has destroyed institutional knowledge and decimated morale. It’s hard to focus on long-term roadmaps when you’re wondering if your team will exist next quarter. "Always-On" Expectation: Due to the timezone issues and lean staffing, there is a heavy pressure to be available 24/7. Burnout isn't a possibility here,it’s an eventuality.
