There is no reason, everything was awful

Everything. The CEO was verbally abusive and unsupportive. Awful working conditions. Also, they illegally stopped paying me after a few weeks. They hired me full time only to move me down to part time only to never call me again. I was hired to run their server, they knew I was entry level and would be learning on the job, but were abusive when I was learning. So, do not work here.

Employees all rallied together and bonded over the fact that management is terrible.

Make sure to Google Robert DeMaio before accepting a position at this company. He is a con artist and there are a plethora of articles to back that statement. Communication and organization is non existent. Management has very low morale. Robert spends his days micromanaging and harassing his employees. It is a very hostile work environment and out of the seven employees he has hired, three have already quit less than six months after starting because of the atmosphere. Demaio put his son in an upper management position even though he doesn’t have the qualifications, skills, or knowledge to be in that position. 10/10 worst experience ever. I couldn’t find a new job fast enough.
