Very open to suggestions and feedback.

Not always great at setting boundaries with companies and end up managing or using the apps that have been built rather than just building software. Middle management and process aren't the most streamlined.

Bit of a steep learning curve to begin with, could do with being a bit more organised but there are plenty of people to ask questions and help you.
