Pros
This is an amazing place to work. Michael, who is the head of creative development and in charge of the internship program, is a thoughtful, humble, open, intelligent man who is always willing to genuinely teach you more, and have in-depth conversations about script coverage with you. This was my first formal Hollywood introductory internship, and I'm having such a great experience. The office is very small, giving you more opportunities to do more and learn more.
Cons
The coverage can be a lot of work. And the more work you do + the faster you do it, the better scripts you get. So all the interns compete to do coverage faster, at least that's how I felt. I mean, it's not a bad thing. It's just the industry. Fellow interns there are great BTW. From a variety of great film schools and different life backgrounds. I made good friends there.
