      Most coworkers were great to work with. Middle management tried to be understanding. Some flexibility with work schedule Decent pay & some benefits

      Cons

      Upper Management in Houston is a joke. One person has to much control over everything and she demands perfection. If you speak up about anything negative you are immediately treated like dirt. Very high turnover in the operations offices Lack of goal setting and appreciation for employees No advancement opportunities No 401K

      Great management, great benefits and schedule, knowledgeable team, a lot of effort directed into promoting strong morale and retention.

      Limited growth opportunities but a lot of educational opportunities and cross training available.
