If your placed in good projects , you can learn things. This company always have openings since mostly no one will stay beyond the 6 month contract period
Cons
A lot to say. No structured plan. Interviews will happen even after joining/onboarding the company.. If u fail, u will be fired. BGV will start 2 weeks after joining the company. If BGV fails, u r fired. If you are not billable/ not in projects, you will either be in LOP or fired. Bad Impression starts from Induction program itself. its more like hinting us run away now itself than welcoming. No work-life balance. only work.. Your work timings will be mentioned 9 hours in offer letter. but you have to be available 14 hours . you will get client calls anytime between 7 AM - 11.30 PM. Even if you inform HR/ Managers about this, no reliefs from their side. If you are commuting Home to office / office to home, you need to inform that too. You have to be available even on weekends. If you have any weekend plans, you need to inform the client to avail a weekend break. if you are not available, it will be escalated as a crime. Main things is LOP. Here company will not pay you. You will be paying the company in the form of LOP. Productive hours < 7 hours == LOP Office stay hours < 8 hours == LOP More than 2 WFH == LOP If timesheet not approved from their side == LOP Leave encashment will be in offer letter only.. They wont give you. you will be assigned tasks randomly and asked to complete same day. . None of them will have proper storypoints. No proper planning/ JIRA, No KT sessions Insurance benefits were very low and no top up options even if we are ready to pay. HR and finance teams will never respond a query on time. You have to chase. Even the exit formalities were not smooth. You need to chase for everything payslips, settlements, experience letter. you should be unlucky to join here and very lucky to even have a smooth exit.
