Pros

Remote working - particularly for back end function roles The culture is great with use of All hands meetings, kudos nominations and so forth. I have never felt so appreciated in a role and that is from the top CEO and CFO and cascades down to all. Whenever I have needed any flexibility and support at work this has always been readily available to myself, once again the best I have ever experienced. I appreciate this company and the people in it so much, and am tremendously grateful for finding the role. There is a true interest in all departments in the business and showcase of what departments are working on each week which I have never had the chance to experience before. It allows you to fully engage with the business and products.

Cons

Nothing to note really, things get busy but the flexibility makes up for that for sure.

Pros

Since joining Physitrack, I’ve consistently felt valued and supported. There’s a real emphasis on personal and professional development, I’ve had the opportunity to grow my skills, take on exciting projects, and always had the backing of my team and leadership to make that growth possible. What stands out most is how the company handled a challenging period. Leadership navigated it with transparency, integrity, and care, and as a result, Physitrack has emerged stronger and more focused. It’s not the same company it was when I joined, it’s better, and it continues to evolve in a really positive direction.

Cons

While remote working offers flexibility and autonomy, I do miss face-to-face time with colleagues. That said, the recent strategy to open a London hub is a great step toward improving this.
