Pros
Great management, very nice people to work with. They were always concerned for my well-being and growth during my stay there. The employee benefits were also pretty good
Cons
They are only getting a foothold in the US and lack of a secured market means that you might get stuck without work for a while. Lack of innovation for ideas instead is reliant on a contract type work setting.
