No product innovation...slowly dying Growth through higher prices and buying companies only Autocratic if not dictorial senior management team focused on their bonus only and replacing everyone with AI Waste huge amounts of money on consultants preach good culture and investing in people, talent but act and do the total opposite losing highly skilled long term servants No one is allowed to voice opinions for threat of punishment Little work-life balance emails from senior managers and HR all weekend and holidays-expect you to work and respond!
