      I learned a lot just by being thrown into the deep end.

      Cons

      Working at this company keeps you on edge all the time. People disappear without notice, so you never really relax. HR and leadership talk down to staff and then wonder why no one feels motivated. Pay stays the same while bills go up, which just adds to the anxiety. Moving up feels like a fantasy since almost no one actually does. When projects fall apart, leadership panics and someone else takes the hit. The worst part is how unethical things get around visas, with lies and pressure that mess with your mental health.

      The people was great when I started. Benefits were decent.

      Executives and CEO have no idea what is going on, they only care about themself leaving the people on the side. Lay-offs every quarter
