Pros
There were various Pros of working at PickMyWork:
1. It provided me the opportunity for professional development, and support a culture of learning.
2.This is not a sales position where goals are set. Since this business uses the gig model, we are free to set our own goals and work whenever it is convenient for us.
3. Everyone are quite helpful, so you'll never find yourself out from the group. The team is responsive, supportive so it was a great experience working there.
Cons
Since gig workers are typically regarded as independent contractors rather than regular employees, their job security is lower. Their replacement is a simple process, and they might not be entitled to the same legal safeguards as workers.
