I'm inspired by the company's audacious vision and consistently impressed by the intellectual rigor and ego-free openness my teammates bring to daily discussions about how we should get from A to B (or Z). 'Always act with ownership' is one of the team values; I've seen that idea used as a cudgel in other organizations, but here it means, 'We trust you to act in the best interest of the company, and you have the freedom and autonomy to make your own decisions.'
