Management is not to be trusted - Assistant Vice President Pico Employee Review

A management team with no integrity, no clear vision, no strategy, and no interest in keeping good employees. The turnover rate is ridiculous for a company this size. Pico is full of "idea" people, but woefully short on people to do the actual work. Communication is talked about but rarely done, especially from the top down. Rank and file employees are truly not valued by managers/directors/C levels. Work/life balance is a joke.
