I have had the distinct privilege to grow my career and learn new skills while furthering the mission of this organization. Because we are considered a healthcare startup, change is inevitable. It is how you react to change that matters - as long as you have a positive outlook and are ready to work hard, this is a great place to work!

      Since we are salaried workers, sometimes you are requested to put in the time to get the job done. This means that working hours don't always fit neatly into the 8-4 or 9-5 window, however, you are able to earn flexibility in your schedule.

      I like that we don't cut corners, and we invest in the best tech for our needs. We're dedicated to improving the lives of others, so it's really rewarding supporting our programs. Everyone is so committed and focused, and we have a lot of fun!

      I don't really think there are cons! I love my job, and if I have any questions or suggestions, management is super open to problem-solving with me.

      Benefits are great and salary is high unlike other nonprofits.

      Cons

      No work and life balance. They erased the comments from other career websites. No guidance or direction. Retaliation if you speak your mind. Unhealthy work environment.
