      Pros

      - Culture organized around a remote workforce. No brick and mortar buildings. - Company is in high growth mode looking to expand capabilities and team dynamics. - Still small enough to feel like you can have a relationship with everyone and feel like a family.

      Cons

      - Sometimes being completely remote can be difficult. For most of us we don't have an office to go into although sometimes I wish I did.
