Biggest con would be one of the leaders. He is extremely slow in decision making, taking up to one month just to approve a website copy change. Expect to follow-up with him a lot. He has extreme anger issues, so expect to be yelled at. He doesn’t know how to articulate himself, so nothing he says makes sense, yet he expects you to understand and execute. There isn’t a lot of room to grow and learn in the marketing team. Basically don’t join the revenue team!
