      Pros

      Work with people with an in-depth knowledge of the crypto space. Higher than average salary.

      Cons

      Volatile management, founders seem to have little experience running startups and don't get along with each other. Lots of nepotism, reckless spending and bad management practises. Lots of people hired and fired within ~6 months due to bad budgeting and over-spending.

      Pros

      Eye opening experience in regards to startup life. Pay was above market rate.

      Cons

      Hard to moralise about but given the turbulence, pretty grey in every respect but not shady.
