Team is supporting, the actual working one not top management.
Cons
Negligible learning due to badly written code, which takes a lot of time to read and edit, and no software development process. Work pressure sometimes feels high, even if there is less work. Mandatory to stay in office at all working hours even if all has been done before time. Tense environment. No flexibility. Extreme exaggeration about company and team size before joining, very different from reality. Hiring for cheapest people, not the best people. Devices provided doesn't meet the required specifications. Compiling code takes most of the day.
