One of the worst Company - Material Engineer Pilog Employee Review

Too much Torture. Too much pressure. No growth. Slavery system. I never saw such a kind of company. No breaks. minimum 14 to 16 hours daily (this is common daily). Not a single positive to praise a company. No Saturdays and sundays. even if we want to take one day leave also it is tedious task. Nobody has proper technical knowledge and repeated work. employees are frequently quitting a job because hectic work. No work culture. Treating employees very badly. management first of all is not good. endless to say. only money minded people. No positive feedback. As a well wisher, Guys..requesting you people please do not join this company. no future. once you join, six months will be notice period.
