Pros
The company has grown incredibly fast. As with any fast growth, Pilot has a ton of opportunities to work on interesting problems that directly tie to the business' success. Everyone I've worked with at Pilot is top-notch and has been an amazing platform for learning and growth. What I think makes Pilot really unique is the culture. The people, from IC to MGMT, care about each person as an individual and encourages everyone to bring their full selves to work. Highly recommended.

Pilot's product relies on an operations team to function, which means employees need to be good at implementing change both at the software and organizational level.
