The management training program is excellent! One can learn life skills and develop new skills that are applicable to all industries. Pinaj is totally committed to Your success. If you want an opportunity to build a rewarding career Pinaj is the place. You will benefit in all aspects of your life and excel in the marketing field.

Cons

To achieve a successful and rewarding career requires your commitment to learning and really hard work. Sadly many are not willing to take advantage of the opportunity offered at Pinaj. Simply put many only want the money achieved in a successful career without actually doing the work.

Pros

I can't think of any.

Cons

The un-organization was apparent from the interview. The initial interview was conducted in the office then you were sent 30 minutes away for the second part which wouldn't have been so bad if you knew the process beforehand. Daily meetings in office for 2 hours then sent out to field sometimes 45 minutes away. Most people didn't bother to come into office for morning meetings. Seems management thought of bright ideas last minute to implement immediately and were upset when you didn't comply. Very high turnover rate and management didn't seem to care. No supplies for office.
