Pros
The employees and residents are absolutely fantastic. Everything you do for residents is truly appreciated. All employees work so hard and would do anything for you.
Cons
Administration is just awful. You get "written up" for the most minor things. They turn on you so quickly, and once that happens, you are out the door. You can always predict who is next by the way they treat you. It is a very well known fact amongst employees. A very wasteful company. For a non-profit, you would not believe the money that they waste. It is amazing that they are permitted to do the things they do with peoples money.
