Pros

Good co-workers that understand the struggles of real life Provisioned (mostly) modern laptops for use at job fast paced environment monthly shopping allowance mostly able to work without management involvement commissions were a nice extra even if they are sparse

Cons

Pay- hourly pay well below industry standards. Had to quit and find other work because i couldn't afford basic housing with the pay. Work space- Rarely cleaned, personal workspaces disrespected by co workers. Constantly looking for tools needed to do the job. Commute- Employees are required to work at locations that need the most help not the ones that make sense for where they live. Advancement - None to speak of. Once you reach T2 it doesn't seem like there is anywhere to go. T3s are just the management and it seems the T2 is automatic after your 90 days. Benefits- Sparse and difficult to use. No Health and limits on when you can use the dental/vision Management- Overall sense of disregard toward employees. Sloth by some with others working harder. Owner seems to always have to comeback with childish responses instead of listening to constructive criticism. Always reasoning away issues within. Company Improvement- Idea submitted via internal reporting system are ignored repeatedly and techs are expected to follow up with projects they have no way of implementing. Essense of working harder instead of smarter. Coworkers- Policies updates to combat poor practices resulting in losses. Lack of training means that this is a weekly occurrence.

A lot can be understood from the lack of thoroughness in the “pros“ section vs the detail in the “cons” section. So easy it is to leave one-sided feedback (anonymously) on the web; but seemingly unable to take criticism, in any manner. Sounds like a typical backseat driver - attempting to provide business insight and administrative strategy, without even understanding the complete game. Not rebutting to any of the points - who in their right mind rides a 1-star workplace for over a year? LMAO! Zero exit-interviews with negative feedback or outstanding issues in last 9 months. No locations in Pinellas Park. 12+ current and empowered staff members; happy to lose those displeased with our vessel/team. ✌🏼

Pros

Nice people, great for hands on IT experience, very go with the flow type of staff and it works great for the type of company this is. Also ownership and upper management is very hands on with the work environment without going too far, will help you always and give you good feedback if they see that something isn't completely right. Try and strive to be not like other companies and it is done rather well, I also like that they do have a lot of options to sell and make your job a lot easier when dealing with people. CEO and upper management are genuinely good people that I've never personally had a problem with, never argued at any point and never had too many problems with the people in upper management.

Cons

Policies can be a bit of a learning curve at points, not really much room for promotions above T2. Documentation stuff that they have you read is not very engaging and can be very helpful but can also be complicated to read if you don't have proper experience with IT repairs.

Good for novice for experience

Cons

Culture is not good, Owner is rude is over complicated and doesn't like any resistance. Wants you to work for free at times and is very aggressive.
