Pros
Challenging, able to own projects and recently had upgrades in laptop which are significant improvement on earlier models. Decent hybrid balance - 2 days in office.
Somewhat flexible with hours and extra days wfh if needed. Very supportive team and team lead (mine at least). Long-serving senior figures (CTO, architects, most team leads).
Cons
Massive ramp up in pressure to expand over last couple of years. Little to no transparency on salary reviews / promotion freezes. Salaries and general recognition lagging behind uplift in pressure / expectations. Current office is very average - simple workstations, one monitor. New office will be much more difficult for many to get to due to transport links.
