Coming from a background with little knowledge about the Cloud Sec space - the management team acknowledges it and provides the time and tools for individuals to learn and familiarize themselves with it. The onboarding experience was very smooth and straightforward. Interviewers (the founders/ leadership team) were very empathetic, set right expectations and aligned with what we as employees would expect from them. 1) Amazing Culture. 2) Friendly, Helpful & Respectful Peers. 3) No Micromanagement. 4) Doesn't Impact Work-Life Balance. 5) Good Learning Opportunities. 6) Flat Hierarchy. 7) Good Compensation Package (according to your skillset) You're just inclined to come to the office everyday, even-though there's a WFH option.
