Pros
- Fully remote working arrangement. - No OT - Medical care - you get chance to learn by yourself because director has no technical know how
Cons
- Job description overkills. Totally different from actual job scope. - It’s not a singapore company, it uses virtual office address and 99% employees are Malaysians. - pay you in Malaysian Ringgit but public holidays follow Singapore Public Holidays (this is ridiculous, and not abiding the Malaysian law). - Director’s instruction changes everyday. No clear direction. Today do this, tomorrow do another. - No permanent employees, interns in charge the project. I think maybe they really cannot afford true software developer.
