      Pros

      flexible hours health benefits - 60% paid hire interns work independently occassional free lunch

      Cons

      you must be a part of the management's personal favourites to advance must be able to work after hours short staffed unfriendly management - curses at employees in front of the team employees do not stay because of unprofessional management - a family business no Human Resources no sink in the kitchen

      Its hard to hear this type of negative feedback BUT it is vital to help us continue to evolve as a company and as a team. Personally, I will reflect on this to see how I can improve and how I can guide the management team to continue to strive to get better. While having a family business is viewed as a negative in your comments, we believe that it can be a strength. We actually have several families in the company and as long its managed effectively.

      Pros

      My experience with Pinnacle has been great! I enjoy the work environment, the team, and how I'm challenged to learn new things every day. Assisting clients with technology needs has been a passion of mine and Kevin knows exactly how to bring out that passion. If you are looking for a job that appreciates your value, then Pinnacle is the place for you.

      Cons

      Jobs usually come with their downsides, but I haven't found one with Pinnacle yet. A few processes are still being established, but for a growing company that's normal.

      Disrespectful to employees Low pay, Very hard work Make you work a lot of overtime and not pay you
