Pros

Enhanced maternity pay (90% 6 weeks, 50% for 39 weeks) Flexible / remote working for office staff Annual bonuses Better than average company benefits (but not all staff are entitled Free tea & coffee and water bottles for staff in main offices Sabbaticals (unpaid) once you hit 3 & 5 years service. Can take up to a year off. CEO is a lovely man as are most of the board directors

Cons

Salary bandings are not clear and therefore can be fudged for those managers prefer within their team. Favouritism when applying salary increases and bonuses No formal performance/appraisal system Operative staff pay is very low Top heavy departments Shared parental leave is unpaid Paternity leave is statutory. It is NOT enhanced like maternity pay. Working from home reserved for middle management upwards

Pros

I have a job and some money in the end of the month

Cons

I am on minimum wages 7.50 h, Im a mobile cleaner that even working part time i got to spend about £90 fo a bus pass. Together with all the other bills (i live on my own),, 2a week of the month and I am already skint. Pinnacle should contribute towards staff travels (the ones who dont use company vans). Everybody speaks about nurses, train drivers, police, etc wages. Eveybody forgets about cleaners wages, when in the end, we are the ones who tidy up eveybodys mess and "left behinds! (bilders plumbers and so on)...Managers only interest is their budget and bonus, the costumer is always right even when its wrong. No care about staff reasons or problems . ....to much headake for so little money!
