Pros

There are no pros to list.

Cons

Unpleasant, high stress environment, even for remote workers. I'm another fleeced freelancer/contractor taken advantage of by Pipeline's owners/managers. They are absolutely shameless about systematically taking advantage of freelancers/contractors trying to do good work and make an honest living. Pipeline consistently refuses to pay contractors, lies about it, and bullies anyone who protests. Their sham of a contract enables them to rack up overdue bills before contractors can try to collect.

We're sorry to hear our exciting, fast-paced environment probably wasn't right for you. But, posting here in an attempt to make the company look bad doesn't help. We make enormous efforts to be transparent and contracts are extensively reviewed, and tailored for each contractor, before they begin. This includes clearly stated contractor payment terms, and contractors are encouraged to have their contracts reviewed by their attorney before agreeing to the terms. All contractors are paid in accordance to their contract terms, and we have had over 100 contractors work for us over 14+ years who both understand this and have been able to grow their business with us without issue.

Thanks for the feedback, and the positive comments! We take all input to heart and are working to implement more ways to engage with the broader team. It's always a challenge when managing so many global resources, but we recognize the importance of having face-to-face time with each other and our customers. Stay tuned!
