Pros

Great people to work with overall, responsibilities are rotated so the job stays interesting, great food, and you get tipped out at the end of each evening.

Cons

Very strict tardy policy, also the owners are very cheap; they once hired me and another employee to help out with a birthday party which included help with catering , cleaning and setup. They only paid us 20 dollars for the entire day of work, then acted as if we were lucky to be chosen. Also, I was let go after making a complaint about a manager making inappropriate comments, they promoted him and sent him to open a new store!

Pros

You get your tips + the tip of the day every single day! Super fun place to work, flexible schedule, and the food is amazing

Cons

This is a highly toxic workplace with poor management. They drastically cut hours to save on labor, which leaves the store/restaurant severely understaffed most of the time. The schedule is extremely inconsistent, so this job can only serve as supplemental income — it’s not reliable enough to cover regular bills. Some staff members are toxic and will report you to management over the smallest things. A busser usually makes more in tips and overall money than a cook, yet the workload for BOH is abysmal.
