      Pros

      Hybrid schedule Half days off on Friday

      Cons

      They laid off a bunch of good people and now they’re still trying to hire. Just a lot of red flags with that. It’s unfortunate that people who had been there for 20+ years were included and also individuals who were talented and had a lot to contribute to the company.
