Pros

Heard really good and promising reviews about the company

Cons

I'd early this year received a call from the HR team asking if I was looking for a change in company..since I wasn't looking out for a change then I communicated the same to the HR who very politely told me to connect with her in case I was considering moving out of my current company. Now that I have contacted the HR after a couple of months, most of the calls go answered. Of the numerous calls made, two were answered where I was told to call back in 10 minutes and on doing so my calls went unanswered again. The least a company should do is treat a candidate with dignity and inform them if the positions are closed. This cat and mouse Chase is highly degrading.

Pros

The only positive aspect of being here is exposure to big pitches and well-known brands. But, "All that glitters is not gold!"

Cons

Cons of working here is unlimited, let's unbundle them one by one: 1) Extreme work pressure with no work–life balance; late nights, midnight calls, and next-day deadlines are completely normalized. 2) Mental harassment is normalized through constant pressure, abrupt communication, and lack of support 3) Workload routinely puts a serious toll on physical and mental wellbeing. 4) Founding team members occupy most managerial roles, leading to biased decision-making and no real escalation path. 5) Tasks change last-minute, expectations shift without clarity, creating unnecessary stress. 6) Extremely toxic culture where working day and night is treated as the standard. 7) Bandwidth concerns are dismissed, and asking for help is often met with pushback instead of support. Inshort you are not humans in their eyes, they've owned you and your entire life it seems. And if you raise your voice against this attitude and culture, that you won't tolerate this nonsense then the tables will be turned and you'll be harassed more in regards to work leading your mental health to get declined. You'll be pressurised this much that you will either end up yourself or this job. So anyways it doesn't create any influence to them.
