No pros. Work culture is really bad. Hard and honest workers will not be appreciated forget rewards. The 3 seniors take all the credit for your work. They expect you to work like 70lpa, and they pay you less than your promised salary.

Stay in office for long hours even if the day's task is done. The CEO shouts at me if I try to go early- my pgs dinner gets over at 8:30 - I used to leave a lil before 8. Work even on Saturdays ofc no overtime pay even on weekdays no overtime pay. A senior wo doesn't know much about spring wants a task report from me everyday. He gets angry when I report about the errors. CEO asked me to test his codes. I found some bugs and reported them. He was furious.
