Pros

I worked at Pivotrics as a senior engineer, and my experience here was truly rewarding. I got the chance to understand how a product is built end-to-end — from design discussions to deployment. The best part was learning the why behind every decision, something you rarely get to see in service companies. The leadership is approachable and encourages ownership. You’re trusted with real responsibility, which helps you grow both technically and professionally. The culture is fast-paced but collaborative — everyone is focused on building something meaningful together. Pros: Real product exposure, supportive mentors, ownership-driven culture, and a steep learning curve.

Cons

Work can be intense at times, but that’s what shapes your growth.

Pros

No pros. Work culture is really bad. Hard and honest workers will not be appreciated forget rewards. The 3 seniors take all the credit for your work. They expect you to work like 70lpa, and they pay you less than your promised salary.

Cons

Stay in office for long hours even if the day's task is done. The CEO shouts at me if I try to go early- my pgs dinner gets over at 8:30 - I used to leave a lil before 8. Work even on Saturdays ofc no overtime pay even on weekdays no overtime pay. A senior wo doesn't know much about spring wants a task report from me everyday. He gets angry when I report about the errors. CEO asked me to test his codes. I found some bugs and reported them. He was furious. He shouted- "I know very well which errors exist in my code, don't teach me! ".

Thank you for sharing your feedback about your internship experience at Pivotrics. We regret that your time with us did not meet your expectations. Your internship lasted approximately two months. We confirm that the stipend was paid in full based on your joining date and last working day. While we appreciated your effort, the final product delivered was not usable for the company despite regular guidance and mentoring from senior team members. We understand that our flexible work hours—where many employees start and finish their days at different times to balance productivity with personal commitments—may have been experienced differently. At Pivotrics, we strive to create an environment that is adaptable and supportive for everyone’s needs. At Pivotrics, we give interns real project exposure and the chance to learn directly from experienced engineers. We understand it can be challenging at first—especially for those just starting out—but our focus is on helping people grow, take ownership, and build confidence in their skills. We are continuously improving how we onboard and mentor interns so that every new team member feels supported and set up for success. We wish you the very best in your career ahead and hope your next experience helps you grow even further.
