Underpaid, Under Appreciated, Over Worked - Anonymous employee Pixel Health Employee Review

There are many good people at this company who are working hard to do good work.

The business is volatile, so it can be a bit of a rollercoaster for a workplace.

The benefits are the only reason along side the pay that i stay here

They have terrbile leaderships in the departments and within the company itself No one is held accountable , managers yell at employees and preform illegal tactics like retaliation on employees who voice severe concerns. Upper management never is seen or heard from only when you get into trouble do they show their face. They do not have your back when things go south and are quick to fire or write someone up. They create rules or poliices that havent been enforced or wrriten into the company handbook but write up employees for violations. There is a serious issue with management on site at the hospital. some of the things are illegal and violate work place laws. They sold us on a better opportunity and more chances to advance. After a year into being with them, that all has gone away and no advancement is in sight for anyone if you don't kiss the ground the supervisors walks on especially in the telecom department. I see and have heard so many things wrong with the leadership but its ignored. I hope that they get it together
