      Pros

      Good people and a good team. A positive experience, even to the end, thanks to the CEO taking a personal touch. At the end, he knew who I was and was able to describe the usefulness of my contribution, which is way more than I can say about previous employers I've worked for.

      Cons

      Team brought low by short-sighted financial plans of the owning company.

      - Fully remote/flexible schedule - Autonomy - Great salary - They care about their employees and show it through things like: summer recharge days, Christmas shut down, sabbatical (after 5 years), ect

      Cons

      The layoffs in 2022 were tough, but the company has been very strong since then and it's a great place to work.
