Pros
- Have freedom to learn and explore the evolving landscape of the digital marketing industry and put things into action within a relatively short period of time. - Little red tape and politics as its generally smaller teams - One has to be ready to roll up your sleeves and DO IT. - Not a place for talkers and no action type - Managers tend to be open to have staff suggest and try out new things/or ways of doing things. - Overall good and kind colleagues
Cons
- Can be intense; clients can be demanding and ask for unrealistic timelines/deliverables. Long hours at times - To be successful, you have to be a self starter and take the initiative to learn, test, trial and implement and ASK for help, questions, etc. Generally they are helpful. - Depending on which market you are in, support can lack if you are not in HK HQ but they are willing to help. One must ask so speak up and not just expect things to be done for you.
