I think huge injustice going on for code school 2.0 developers - Software Developer Pixelvide Employee Review

Me along with most of senior employee team are feeling huge injustice for code school 2.0 developers As a senior in pixelvide I really felt so wrong for them I along with everyone have closely watched how hard they have worked without any hike for almost 2 years And they were lot motivated and excited for the hike cycle What the management did was not at all correct Majority of our senior team felt it but no one has raised their voice HR decisions and hr management has become completely worse now at pixelvide They have urged and said that this is their first step in career and how can you say by deciding the percentage and say equality for all Is it equality? You need to compare the amount rather than percentage How can you compare employee taking hike first time and the employees who has been taking hike for years I really feel this has been happening without notice of our CEO He needs to take this matter into consideration and think of the future of those employees I really feel they needs to be matched with code school 1 pay This is what most of our senior group thinks And I really feel our group must raise voice for them Final words I am leaving soon
