It’s the first of its kind, creating a two-sided marketplace where properties see the benefits too. This innovation is both exciting and enjoyable. The branding and tone are fresh and bold, making it a thrilling place to work. Everyone counts here. I was encouraged to bring my entrepreneurial spirit to the table. For those who have that drive and looking at Glassdoor to gain insights -it's an exhilarating journey ahead.

      Pros

      Pinata is creating an industry and it has been a wonderful journey to be on. Of course, there are growing pains and with growing pains come some gaps. However, a motivated group of successful individuals that makes every day exciting and fulfilling. If you enjoy a job that is flexible and want to be surrounded with hard working, accomplished individuals that actively root for you success, Piñata is a wonderful place to be.

      No alarming cons. Of course, there is always room for improvement. But that is the nature of start ups and everyone being pulled in many different directions.
