Late to Pay, Unattainable Expectations - Credit Analyst Plan B Capital Group Employee Review

-Late to pay biweekly, so it was sometimes 3 weeks before payment was processed; I am not the only one who has experienced this issue. It is systemic and comes off as if the company is struggling to even stay afloat -Started out doing their data entry, which they had been outsourcing to the Phillipines, but my skills eventually had them giving me Marketing, IT, and Credit Analysis type work (which I was not qualified for nor was I provided the necessary training to succeed) -After a year, they refused to increase my pay even though I had taken on the work of 4 different people, because my performance was not "above expectations"
